Review: Adam made me a site unseen offer, and raised it slightly to make a deal that worked for both of us. He honored his price even though our wires got crossed.. We did the settlement remotely, closed on the exact day I’d requested and had the proceeds check FedEx-ed. I left some stuff in the property which he took care of too. It was so seamless that I almost got worried. Overall it was an easy process that I’d recommend!

Review: It was nice working with Adam in closing the deal. Originally, we met some challenges regarding closing date and conditions; however, we were able to come to an agreement that was mutually beneficial, which ultimately allowed us to close on the initial settlement timeline.I was a little concerned with working remotely to broker the deal, but Adam was attentive and responsive to my questions in a expeditious manner. Review: Adam bought my house in Clinton MD, he kept his promises, paid cash and closed on my timeline and bought it as-is. We went back and forth, but we ended up settling on something that worked for both of us(I think it was a little better for me than him). My buddy’s sister ended up selling his house to Adam when he passed in December of last year. And I also recommended another friend to him. (He pays a referral fee if he closes on your referral).
