Review: My ex husband and I were trying to see our home. The house was not in the best condition so it was going as fast as we would have liked. I went on this web and saw the reviews which were good. I reached out to them. Ben called me immediately. We talked for a bit and he offered one price for our home after I stated the septic and we’ll were in good condition. I got my own septic company to do the inspection and ben paid for it. It came back the septic was bad and the drain fields were bad. Ben and I talked I was pretty devastated thinking this house would never sell. Ben said let me see what I can do. He came back with what I think is a fair decent price. Everything settled in a week. I have to say is hard working, honest and dedicated to his clients. I have to say Ben really didn’t make a dime of this sale buy he knew that after the septic failed and still wanted to help us. I would highly suggest working with Ben
