One of the most shady things I have ever seen.EDIT: Making an edit to clarify that this company has replied to my review with several lies.First, they claim that the name “Tom” they used when messaging me was not a fake name. When I called the number back, “Tom” was a robotic, automated voice, not a real person.The company name they used in the text message, UIG Investments, could not be immediately found in Google searches or on LinkedIn. When answering my call, they used the name “Ultra Homebuyers” for the first time.Not to mention, sending me an unsolicited offer via my personal phone number (which I never gave to them) for less than my home’s original sale price over two years ago is dishonest, predatory, and bordering on a scam.Make no mistake, this company is dishonest, unethical, and rude.
